a collective rising of noco womxn

This club is fully inclusive of all femme-identified persons, as well as fully inclusive of any nonbinary and genderqueer individuals.

The terms “women” and “femme” will be used as shorthand for our group membership as an expression of collective intent, but is NOT intended to be exclusionary. This is a fully intersectional space where we will discuss not only women’s rights, but also LGBTQ equality and BIPOC equality.

We will meet every 4 to 6 weeks to discuss the group reading. Reading focus will be intentionally political in nature. We intend to self-educate and look for paths forward during these extraordinary times.

We are not only a book club, but also an avenue to expressly and intentionally build community of likeminded individuals in our area.

Knowledge is power: We are building knowledge through our readings, and building our power as a community.
